Noodle is very important principal food for Chinese. The noodle looks normal but it is a indispensable part of Chinese food culture, noodle has long history. But the Kelp Noodles using kelp as material, mixed with oyster, shrimp shell powder is Homey's original creation. Homey Kelp Noodles are using quality flour and Homey's local city Rongchen's rich resource - Kelp as main material, processed through the advanced equipment and technic importing from Japanese. Kelp contains lots multi elements which is necessities for human body, such as iodine, iron, calcium and zinc etc. As the saying goes "Usually eating kelp will be not short of iodine and calcium", the Kelp Noodles are green natural iodine and calcium supplement foods, the nutritious value is high. By eating kelp noodles, the iodine and calcium will be easy to take by human body.

To store under normal room temperature, keep dry, avoid direct sunshine, the length of preservations for Homey Cracker Products is 12 months.

Cooking method is to put the noodles into the boiled water for 2-3 minutes, drain the noodles up and soak in cold water for a while then drain it up again, add flavoring then serve. Also can be cooked with vegetables.

The Kelp Noodles are easy fade to white color under sunshine irradiation, that is normal metachromatism phenomenon, the noodles nutritious components do not change therefore.
